Customer Service Advisor
Are you customer orientated? Are pets close to your heart? Are you fluent in Swedish? If yes, come and join our international team in Nordic Customer Center Käpylä, Helsinki.
We are searching for the summer full-time (37.5h/week) Customer Service Advisors to our Swedish team to help and answer customers' questions about our products and services via phone, e-mail, and chat. In this position you will also have various back-office tasks such as handling product orders, deliveries etc. Excellent Swedish and good English language skills are demand, any other Nordic languages are beneficial.

You are the right match for this position if you have paws-on attitude and excellent people skills! You desire to offer world class experience to our customers and have a passion to solve problems.
You speak and write fluently Swedish and English. Other Nordic languages are considered as an advantage. Knowledge and experience about animals, especially dogs and cats, is a benefit – or in the best scenario you share the love for pets!

This position is a temporary summer substitute. The start and end date can be negotiated, but preferably you can work from May to September. The position is a full-time employment (37.5h/week) and located in Käpylä, Helsinki. Working hours are on Monday – Friday between 8.00 – 18.00.
