Solution Coordinator for our Core Solutions team in Musti Group IT

Musti Group is on an exciting journey of digital transformation, renewing our e-commerce platform and rolling out new ERP and point-of-sale solutions across the organization. As a Solution Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving this change forward - coordinating between teams, and supporting the success of our digital initiatives. You’ll be part of our dynamic Group IT’s Core Solutions team, where collaboration and proactive problem-solving are key. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working across functions, and is passionate about delivering smart, scalable solutions. As a Solution Coordinator, your key responsibilities include supporting and coordinating IT activities across core business applications—particularly within purchasing, logistics, finance, and store operations—mainly through the Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform. You will ensure that NAV solutions are operational. Rather than focusing solely on technical support, your role emphasizes solution coordination: managing NAV and POS solution -related issues and tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between teams. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a proactive and structured approach, and keen interest in developing technical skills. • Assist with various IT tasks in the Core Solutions area
