IT Project Manager for our Core Solutions team in Musti Group IT

Musti Group is in the midst of an exciting digital transformation, renewing our e-commerce platform and implementing new ERP and point-of-sale solution across the organization. The role of our Group IT team is extremely crucial in this journey, and we’re genuinely excited about the changes ahead. We’re looking for a skilled IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure successful delivery in this dynamic environment. IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Projects led would be all sizes, depending on the prioritization defined. In this role person will also be able to give their strong input on the project portfolio management and how that is done at Musti Group in the future. Person may also have an opportunity to lead M&A initiatives. Even though this person would be part of the Digital and Business Tech organization, expectation is that they will gain excellent understanding of the Musti Group’s business processes and ways of working.

What you will do

• Lead and manage named projects at Musti from planning to closure
• Schedule management, including synchronization with other related projects
• Execute the needed pre-study and RF processes for selected projects including vendor selection process
• Plan and execute project communications to the top management, including reporting
• Manage several different types of internal and external interest groups and stakeholders
• Perform scope and quality management in projects as well as project documentation in expected and required level
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and cost/budgets and identify & mitigate risks
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
• Provide with input for Project Management standards and methodologies
• Manage the IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Provide guidance and support to peers

Who you are

• You have 3+ years of Project Management experience
• You are comfortable with change and thrive in dynamic settings.
• You are self-driven; and take both initiative and ownership.
• You are familiar with Project Management methodologies
• You have a solid understanding of IT systems & infrastructure
• You have strong skills in communicating cross-functional teams, vendors and leadership

What we consider as a plus

• Experience in retail & online business in a multinational environment
• Swedish or Finnish skills
