Assortment Manager – Treats, Frozen Food, Small Animals

We are looking for an Assortment Manager to join Musti’s feeding team.

In this role, you will closely follow the pet market, understand the pet and customer needs, and aim to provide the best possible assortment to the pets and their parents.

You will play a key part in strengthening customer loyalty through active category management and strategic assortment planning. You will provide analysis to support strategic assortment decisions and shelf space optimization (shelf efficiency, stock turn). You will also make shelf and web assortment recommendations per assortment class and create planograms of assigned categories and brands. As an Assortment Manager, you will participate in defining assortment class principles in Musti Group, forecast new and seasonal item listings, and plan the first allocations to stores.

You work in close cooperation with Product Group Managers and contribute to smooth cooperation with other Musti functions.

This position is placed in Helsinki, Käpylä or at Stockholm, Solna. We often have dogs in the office therefore the work is not suitable for a person who is allergic to pets.
