IT Solution Trainee for Core Solutions team

Musti Group is on an exciting journey of digital transformation, renewing our e-commerce platform and rolling out new ERP and point-of-sale solutions across the organization. As a trainee you’ll support our project team by configuring and troubleshooting the backend systems as well as coordinate support activities where needed.

You’ll be part of our dynamic Group IT’s Core Solutions team, where collaboration and proactive problem-solving are key. This role is ideal for someone who’s on the way to be an IT professional thriving in fast-paced environments, enjoy working across functions, and is passionate about delivering smart, scalable solutions. As a trainee, your key responsibilities include supporting and coordinating IT activities related to our key projects rollouts across core business applications—particularly within Sitoo POS and NAV & D365 ERP environments. You will ensure that the rollout operations run smoothly, the related tasks are done in time and any issues are coordinated to support and followed through. Success in this role requires ability and braveness to grasp IT technical challenges, attention to detail in performing the tasks and generally a proactive and structured attitude. The position is also a good opportunity to developing technical skills and learn working in company IT operations. Role is for now a time-boxed temporary role from mid-July to mid-October. The work could also be carried out as half day/part-time from early morning towards midday if your studies require attendance at the same period.

What you will do

• Complete project tasks as instructed

• Coordinate user support tasks by channeling forward and/or solving issues

• Assist with other IT tasks in the Core Solutions area

• Create & maintain documentation & instructions

Who you are

• You have good generic IT understanding, interest and skills, proficiency in the Microsoft environment and commonly used office tools

• You adapt easily to new situations & are willing to learn new things

• You accept challenges at work and communicate efficiently

• Time management skills and the ability to work under strict, project-driven deadlines

• Attention to detail and accuracy, especially in repetitive tasks

• Ability to work according to defined project schedules and cut-over timelines

• Fluency in English and Finnish (Swedish is a plus)

What we consider as a plus

• Experience in retail & online business in a multinational environment

• Previous experience in system support / system configuration tasks

• Experience in network components and configuration

• Prior understanding of ERP systems or interest in learning ERP-related processes
