Supply & Demand System Key User

As Musti Group is growing we are in search for great additions to our pack. We are looking for a Supply & Demand System Key User to join our centralized Supply Chain function for fixed-term until the end of 2025. This position will support our supply chain and inventory management operations by optimizing our use of the RELEX system, ensuring smooth processes, and assisting with system improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in supply chain software and an ability for data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Support: Provide day-to-day support to end-users within the RELEX platform, troubleshooting issues and ensuring efficient functionality.
• Data Management: Assist in managing data within RELEX, including monitoring data accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
• Process Optimization: Work closely with system end users to jointly identify opportunities for process improvements within the RELEX system.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, analyze data to support business decisions, and communicate insights to relevant teams.
• Training Assistance: Support training efforts for new team members and assist existing users in maximizing their efficiency within RELEX.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation on RELEX processes, workflows, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business or related field or you have acquired few year’s relevant work experience from e.g. end user positions with RELEX or similar supply chain software.
• Technical Skills: Ability to learn good skills to act as a key user for RELEX in a short period of time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) usually provides a good foundation to develop on.
• Analytical Ability: Comfortable working with data and able to draw meaningful insights to colleagues.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills, with an ability to identify issues and propose solutions independently.
• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with colleagues and provide user support in Finnish and in English.
• Organizational Skills: Organized with attention to detail and an ability to meet given deadlines.
