We are looking for an IT support specialist to be part of Group IT team to focus on application support and development.

What matters in our environment is the attitude and the drive to learn new things every day. It’s not so much on how much you know already, but how eager you are to learn new things in a fast-growing business environment. Great customer service to our internal customers is something that we value highly.

Key responsibilities in this position is the core application support (purchasing, logistics, finance, HR and store operations). In this role it is vital to have excellent communication, co-operation and facilitation skills. Incident and problem management are the core of your daily tasks. We appreciate pragmatic, down to earth, hands-on way of working and experience in retail and online business in a multinational environment. Fluent language skill in English is needed, Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish languages are a plus. Person we hire need to be service minded, self-driven and able to manage own work. Good social & co-operation skills are also a key requirement and person need to handle incident manager and on-call duties when needed.

We also offer a possibility to

  • Lead small development and gathering business requirements in cooperation with business stakeholders and suppliers
  • Organize small development testing and participate in testing with business stakeholders
  • Learn new technologies and agile way of development 

We highly appreciate 

  • ERP or point of sales application knowledge, especially on the Microsoft Dynamic NAV and/or LS Retail
  • Understanding of different file formats and integration protocols (Web service; XML, JSON…)
  • Integration technologies (especially Biztalk)
  • KnowlIT edge of SQL queries
  • Experience on on-site and remote support for the office and store people
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL processes and agile development
  • Willingness to travel across Nordic countries

Main location is in Käpylä, Helsinki. We often have dogs in the office; therefore the work is not suitable for a person who is allergic to pets.
