Demand & Supply Planner

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence across the supply chain? Musti Group is looking for an experienced and development-oriented Demand & Supply Planner to join our dynamic team and play a key role in enabling growth by ensuring optimal product availability and inventory performance across our markets.

In this role, you will have three main areas of responsibility. First, you will develop and coordinate the forecasting and supply planning process for serving external and intercompany B2B customers across Europe. Second, you will be the supply chain representative in the seasonal assortment planning and novelty forecasting process. Third, you will ensure that forecasted sales campaign volumes are realistic.

Organizationally you will be positioned in the supply chain function where you will report to the Head of Planning and work closely with the purchasing and logistics teams, while collaborating cross-functionally with the commercial teams.

Key duties in B2B planning:

• Develop and implement forecasting and ordering procedures in cooperation with our commercial teams and a growing number of B2B customers
• Validate and maintain volume forecasts for B2B customers in the replenishment planning system
• Coordinate and conduct B2B order promising, including product availability & shelf-life checks and truck fill-rate optimization.
• Identify, specify and request system changes required to enhance the B2B process, including changes to replenishment planning, ERP, and WMS systems.

Key duties in assortment planning & forecasting

• Validate commercial volume forecasts for seasonal and new products
• Calculate and monitor total projected inventory rotation and risks for critical non-categories in collaboration with commercial teams
• Conduct root-cause analysis of major overstock and understock situations, drive corrective actions and inventory impairment for slow-movers

Key duties in campaign forecasting

• Validate forecasted sales volumes for major campaigns
